Finding the right opportunity boils down to a couple of things, products and service and your passion. You want to be a fan of the products and also a great compensation plan is important. The Compensation plan is important why , you want a compensation plan that is generous and easy to understand so you don’t need a mathematician to explain it to you .
Also in my opinion you want to join a seasoned opportunity a company that has a history of 5-6 years and is established, it is ok if the opportunity is new if your a fan of the products and if the compensation plan is good it is ok give it a chance but usually start ups are a no no in my opinion.
Be a fan of the products if you take the products of the opportunity you are with it will be easier for you to build your opportunity, because you are passionate about what you’re doing and you have your own experience to share with potential people who will join with you.
Learn the history of the opportunity you are with. Such as the companies growth from when they started all the way up to present day, this is huge especially if there has been steady growth in the company each year that will get potential partners or (IBO’S) attention quickly.
